he Cathedral Chapter is the governing body of Saint John the Beloved Cathedral and is responsible for the governance and care of the Cathedral's building, grounds and finances. Meetings are held monthly and are generally open to all Cathedral members, except for occasions when the Chapter must meet in executive session. The Chapter consists of three lay members of the Cathedral who are elected at the Annual Meeting to serve three year terms. The Cathedral Chapter also includes the Rector & Dean, a Parochial Vicar Representative, a Deacon, and the Bishop, as Pastor. The Bishop serves as Chair of the Chapter.
